“Bloodsuckers & Eyeballs: What’s Lurking on My Worktable”

“The fangs are filed, the pins are grinning—and now something with way too many eyeballs is staring back at me.”

I’ve finally finished the first official wave of Grin Pins, and let me tell you—these tiny vampires really sunk their teeth into my time (and sanity). Every little crooked smile and glinting tooth took love, paint, and just a whisper of unholy energy. They’re weird, they’re wicked, and they’re ready to be adopted… if you’re into that sort of thing. These were such a satisfying first batch to launch. I loved the resin shine, the way the velvet paper made their little grinning faces feel like cursed treasures, and the packaging? Dark little gift boxes that feel more like you're opening a summoning ritual than a piece of wearable art. But now that they’re all boxed up and ready to find homes... something new has crept onto my worktable. They’re not fanged. They don’t smile. They stare. I won’t say too much yet—but let’s just say the next round of pieces is more gaze than grin. I’ve been playing with glossy textures, soft forms, and unsettling stillness. It’s like each one is waiting to blink. Or not blink. Ever. If the vampires whispered to you, these next creatures will watch you. More soon. Until then—keep your eyes open. 👁️
